KLA is seeking HPC Engineering technicians to join our world-class HPC engineering team. This role is crucial to our technology, focusing on high-performance compute clusters. The responsibilities include constructing, installing, maintaining, upgrading, and documenting server hardware and software systems used in our products. The position requires hands-on work with high-performance Linux compute clusters, which involves BIOS configuration, storage configuration and testing, server and switch network configuration, part ordering and tracking, rack configuration (including the installation of servers, switches, and cabling), as well as Linux and Windows OS installation. The role demands physical capability, as candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work onsite daily. The HPC Engineering team plays a vital role in ensuring that KLA's products operate efficiently and effectively. As part of this team, you will be involved in various projects that require a blend of technical skills and problem-solving abilities. You will also be responsible for writing procedures and maintaining documentation related to the systems you work on.
