Position Overview Mott currently has an opening for a High Purity Technician (HP Tech) on the 3rd shift. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is located at our 75 Spring Lane facility. Role Profile & Responsibilities The HP Technician performs kitting, manufacturing, inspection, and packing of filters, diffusers, porous assemblies, and other components for both High Purity and Industrial lines. · Process HP Products: Meet production schedules and meet customer expectations. · Quality Control: Maintain less than 2% scrap or rework. · Inventory Accuracy: Check and maintain accuracy of components in WIP and stock. · Compliance: Adhere to QMS Procedures and HP cleanliness requirements. · Environment: Maintain standards in the Clean Room work environment. Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (2-year technical degree is beneficial).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment; clean room and TIG welding experience is a plus.
  • Technical: Basic computer skills, blueprint reading, and use of inspection tools.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and a hunger for learning.
