HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees. The position involves selling products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. You will maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees, and strive to meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Key duties include courteously welcoming customers, offering assistance, directing them to displays, assessing their needs, suggesting suitable products, advising on products and services, and helping customers make selections by building their confidence. You are also responsible for accurately documenting and reporting sales, contributing to team efforts, tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations, and ensuring your workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times. All paperwork must be submitted completely and accurately.
