As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs. You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other new and dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.   • Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store
  • Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
  • Responsible for maintaining professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
  • Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
  • Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
  • Responsible for reporting and competitive insights
  • Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
  • Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
  • Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
  • Advise customers by providing information on products and services
  • Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
  • Accurately document and report sales
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
  • Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times
  • Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
  • Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
  • Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with a hands-on demonstration
  • Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
  • 1-year job experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
  • Training or product demonstration experience a plus
