Responsibilities

  • Call Leads We Give You: Prospect and nurture new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Market Properties: Create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns tailored to Houston’s market.
  • Conduct Showings: Organize property tours, open houses, and listing presentations for buyers and sellers.
  • Guide Transactions: Provide expert advice and support throughout negotiations, offers, and closings.
  • Leverage Data: Utilize market analytics to tailor listing strategies and inform client decisions.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with Houston’s real estate trends, regulations, and community developments.
