About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel housekeeping function.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and service techniques.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect assigned areas to provide feedback on cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Supervise, coach, and train House Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and Room Attendants.
• Ensure prompt return of clean rooms to reception for incoming guests after inspections and corrections.
