Develop and implement cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas. Train and supervise housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and brand compliance. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as needed. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping. Ensure safety compliance for staff and maintain a safe work environment.
