About The Position

The Supervisor, Rapid Rehousing is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team member of Rapid Rehousing, ensuring high-quality service delivery to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. This role includes reviewing referrals from the Galveston Coalition, ensuring adherence to case management best practices, and maintaining compliance with program policies. The Supervisor will work closely with community partners and funders, monitor program data, and support staff training and development. Additionally, they will ensure that client files are properly maintained and that program metrics are accurately reported.
