The Housing Stability Specialist provides individualized, time-limited support to help participants secure stable housing and build the financial and practical skills necessary to maintain it. This role works directly with individuals and families facing housing instability by conducting housing assessments, providing navigation and financial counseling, coordinating financial assistance, and developing relationships with landlords and community partners. The Specialist plays a key role in ensuring timely, high-quality services for referred constituents.
