About The Position
The Section 8 / City Feps Subsidy Specialist at Phantom Capital LLC is responsible for managing the certification and recertification processes for housing subsidy recipients. This role ensures that residents qualify for occupancy, that their living arrangements are appropriate, and that their rent payments align with their income and family composition. The Specialist will also liaise with governmental agencies and internal departments to facilitate timely processing of applications and compliance issues.
