In This Role, You Will: Manage participant caseloads, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications and recertifications Assist with lease-up procedures, including coordinating between participants, landlords, and program staff Conduct eligibility determinations and rent calculations in compliance with HUD regulations and association policies Maintain detailed and accurate records of participant files, transactions, and program documentation Ensure all program activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational procedures Perform other job duties as assigned
