The Housing Resource Center (HRC) Manager is a dynamic, cross‑functional leadership role that supports housing stability through direct service, program oversight, and relationship building. This position oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the Housing Resource Center and also supports the Move‑In Mentor (MIM) Program, working flexibly across programs as community needs grow and evolve. This is a hands-on role that blends people leadership, housing navigation, and program development. You'll supervise a small team, support clients directly, and help design and refine systems that ensure high‑quality, responsive housing services.
