About The Position
San Diego Youth Services seeks a Housing Navigator in the TAY Academy HOY (Housing Our Youth) Program to be based in San Diego. This is a full-time & non-exempt position reporting to the TAY Academy Program Manager. The Housing Navigator provides supportive services focused on obtaining and stabilizing housing for youth at-risk of or experiencing homelessness. The position involves providing comprehensive trauma-informed services to youth in a drop-in center and throughout San Diego County, ensuring that standards relating to inclusivity and safety are maintained.
