About The Position
The Housing Navigator at Covenant House California will play a crucial role in the newly launched Rapid Rehousing program aimed at assisting transitional-aged youth (ages 18-24) experiencing homelessness. This position involves building relationships with property owners, marketing the program, negotiating rental rates, and providing supportive case management services to help young people secure and maintain stable housing. The Housing Navigator will work closely with participants to address their overall needs and facilitate their transition into independent living.
