About The Position

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Marvella, is seeking a Housing Director. This position reports to the Campus Adminstrator ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY MarvellaSt. Paul, MN 55116As part of a master-planned community offering senior housing, retail/commercial businesses, and market rate apartments, Marvella is centrally located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul providing easy access to retail shops and dining while still close to nature with beautiful views of the Mississippi river. Requirements

  • Three (3) years experience in operational management, preferably in health care, housing or community service.
  • Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development and management, resident and family support systems, community outreach.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales and Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Real estate agent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Housing Director is responsible for managing the overall operations of their assigned site in order to assure high quality resident care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the site.
  • Responsibilities include sales/marketing and building occupancy, managing the budget/financials, customer service and resident satisfaction, supervising the building engineer, and overall property management.
