About The Position
The City of Greeley is seeking a qualified candidate for a position in the Housing Solutions Department. This role involves developing and implementing strategic development program goals, objectives, policies, and priorities to achieve the City’s long- and short-term housing investment goals. The successful candidate will represent the City in housing development, land acquisition, and inclusionary housing matters, and will participate in numerous public meetings. The position requires collaboration with various departments and civic groups on housing trends, analysis, planning, and related matters. The candidate will also administer the attainable housing components of the Consolidated Plan for the City’s CDBG funding and the City’s Comprehensive Plan, and supervise staff in the administration of strategic housing programs.
