About The Position
The Housing Development Manager is responsible for leading a team in the acquisition and development of properties controlled by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) and the Austin Housing Public Facilities Corporation (AHPFC). This role involves utilizing voter-approved General Obligation Bonds to acquire and develop affordable housing on underutilized properties, establishing partnerships, and collaborating with various stakeholders to assess new opportunities and strategies for property management and development.
