About The Position

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of homeless families? Join our team as a Case Manager Assistant/Housing Coordinator and help connect individuals to critical resources, services, and support.

Requirements

Passion for helping individuals experiencing homelessness.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with case managers and external partners.
Valid driver's license and ability to safely transport clients.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with social services and community resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Case Managers in providing services to homeless families.
Advocate for clients by helping them access benefits, housing, education, child care, job training, and treatment programs.
Work with school social workers to coordinate support for children and families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with agency policies.
Participate in community outreach efforts and build relationships with local organizations.
Meet with clients regularly to assess their needs and ensure they receive appropriate assistance.
Transport clients safely to public aid offices and other necessary appointments.
