About The Position
The Housing Coordinator at Vail Resorts plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional living experience for employee residents. This position is centered around fostering a safe, inclusive, vibrant, and affordable housing environment that adheres to all regulatory requirements. The Housing Coordinator will partner with various stakeholders to ensure that the housing experience aligns with the company’s mission of providing the Experience of a Lifetime for its guests, which starts with the well-being of its employees. This role involves acting as a resource for residents throughout their stay, ensuring that all legal paperwork is completed, and creating a welcoming culture that enhances the overall employee experience. In this full-time position, the Housing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate information within the housing management system, StarRez, and will work closely with the housing team to elevate the experience for both residents and housing staff. The Coordinator will support employee wellness strategies in housing, ensuring that they align with the company’s vision. This includes mediating conflicts among residents, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. The Housing Coordinator will also act as a concierge for residents, providing high-quality guest service and facilitating communication between residents, managers, and external stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to creating a safe, fun, and diverse housing culture that contributes to the overall employee experience. The Housing Coordinator will also be tasked with other duties as assigned, making adaptability and a positive attitude essential traits for success in this position.
