Reporting into the Compliance Manager, the Housing Compliance Coordinator supports ECS’s housing portfolio by ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local funding requirements. This role monitors eligibility, documentation standards, reporting, and ongoing regulatory adherence across programs such as HUD, LIHTC, and various local housing initiatives. The Coordinator works closely with property management, case management, and external partners to maintain accurate records and reduce compliance risk. This role is key to ensuring ECS housing programs operate with integrity and meet the standards that allow ECS to serve the community effectively and compassionately while upholding ECS’s commitment to high-quality housing services.
