Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of private Affordable Housing Development in Southern Maryland. Oversees the day-to-day operations of existing housing and community development-related services, including housing-related assistance and counseling, multi-family rental, and scattered sights. Also, this role will be responsible for Office of Home Energy Program, The Emergency Food Assistance Program, and Maintenance. This person is directly responsible to the President/CEO.
