Friends of Switchpoint is a non-profit organization that has been serving individuals, families, and veterans in Utah who are experiencing poverty and homelessness since 2014. Their mission is to empower those in need by addressing the underlying cause of poverty, providing a comprehensive plan, and supporting their journey to self-sufficiency. The purpose of the Housing Case Manager role is to provide appropriate supporting housing services for homeless individuals or families, formulate case plans that promote moving towards self-sufficiency, understand grants and other community housing resources, and assist in locating affordable housing within the client’s budget and grant guidelines.
