By navigating services such as lease processing, benefits enrollment, and medical linkage, this role plays a critical part in advancing AHF's mission to reduce disparities and improve quality of life for people living with or at risk for HIV. The Housing Case Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by delivering high-quality, timely, and affirming support to clients navigating housing instability, chronic illness, and systemic barriers.
