Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience in Human Services field, is preferred
- Valid driver's license
- At least two years of experience in providing direct or indirect social services, is preferred
- Knowledge of Harm Reduction and Housing First Model
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, positively, and professionally with participants, providers, family members, and others
- Able to promote a positive, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with low-income families and those experiencing homelessness preferred
- Training in working with low-income families and those who are homeless preferred
- Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency, mental health, parenting, sex trafficking, and domestic violence preferred
