Under general direction of the Unit Chief (Housing and Community Development Manager I and/or Staff Services Manager I), the incumbent independently performs developmental and analytical assignments of average complexity. The incumbent is responsible for day-to-day asset management activities for various rental housing programs and/or owner loan programs as well as collecting and evaluating information relating to the condition and occupancy of properties receiving financial assistance from Department programs. Please Note: A Statement of Qualifications must be submitted along with your application in order to be considered for this position. This job allows you to work from home for a set number of days each week, up to 1 day, depending on your agreement with the department.
