The Public Housing Occupancy Specialist is responsible for assisting in the administration and management of public housing programs within the Housing Authority of the City of Elizabeth. This role involves determining applicant eligibility, processing applications, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies. The Public Housing Occupancy Specialist will work closely with applicants, residents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the placement and ongoing occupancy of public housing units.
