About The Position
Anthos|Home is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing Acquisition Repairs & Lease Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring owner-responsible repairs and managing the lease signing process for our program participants. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing stable housing for vulnerable New Yorkers. The Housing Acquisition Repairs & Lease Specialist will report to the Housing Operations Supervisor and work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs, smooth lease signings, and accurate data tracking.
