About The Position

As a Houseperson at Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where we are empowered to be our best selves. A typical day will include cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of designated areas, including guest rooms, offices, and storage rooms. You will also be responsible for cleaning and folding laundry for resort rooms, fitness club, and spa, delivering guest-requested items, and ensuring the satisfaction of after-hours housekeeping services requested by Resort guests. This role requires you to welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs, and interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of designated areas, including guest rooms, offices, and storage rooms.
• Cleaning and folding laundry for resort rooms, fitness club, and spa.
• Delivering guest-requested items such as additional linens, hair dryers, kitchen items, and childcare items.
• Receiving delivery of clean linen and preparing soiled linen for pick up by the laundry company.
• Ensuring satisfaction of after-hours housekeeping services requested by Resort guests.
• Welcoming and greeting guests and anticipating their needs.
• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
