About The Position

As a Houseperson, you play an important role in creating a positive experience for our owners and guests by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property. You will support housekeeping operations by preparing supplies, delivering essential items, and assisting with light cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Friendly communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable handling moderate physical activity, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds
Good judgment when interacting with guests, owners, and team members
Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Support housekeeping teams by stocking totes and carts with the appropriate supplies and delivering them as directed
Deliver clean linens and other supplies to housekeeping staff as needed
Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest units
Help maintain the appearance of outdoor and common areas, including patios, patio furniture, BBQ areas, and other exterior spaces
Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to help keep the property safe and well maintained
Provide backup support to housekeeping staff when needed
Follow safety guidelines and complete other duties as assigned
