About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Houseperson at The Ricardo Marriott, where you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that our guests expect from us.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Previous experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Ensure that all linen and uniform supplies are stocked and distributed as needed
• Assist the housekeeping team with cleaning and preparing guest rooms for arrival
• Provide support to the front desk team with tasks such as delivering guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience
