About The Position

As a Houseperson, you will: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture Stock storage closets with clean linens, towels, and other supplies Respond to staff and guest requests for assistance, such as providing extra towels or making a bed Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must have proof of a valid driver's license

Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture

Respond to staff and guest requests for assistance, such as providing extra towels or making a bed
Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
