It offers a relaxed, outdoor work environment with historic cabins, campgrounds, and plenty of natural beauty to enjoy every day. Summary: We are seeking a dependable candidate to assist with the general upkeep and appearance of the property. This role focuses on basic, non-technical maintenance and cleaning tasks and works closely with the General Manager to ensure the building remains clean, safe, and well maintained. This position is best suited for someone with some hands-on or practical experience who is comfortable performing routine tasks and willing to learn additional responsibilities over time.
Requirements
- Familiarity with basic maintenance, cleaning, or general labor tasks
- Comfortable using simple tools and equipment
- Able to follow direction and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and be on your feet for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Replace light bulbs and perform other minor replacements
- Remove spider webs and dust high and low areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common and exterior areas
- Handle trash and recycling removal
- Perform light groundskeeping (sweeping, debris removal, basic cleaning)
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or supplies
- Use basic hand tools and ladders safely
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Complete general upkeep and “odd job” tasks as needed
