This person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and appearance of back-of-house areas in the hotel while also supporting the housekeeping team. Requirements

A friendly, respectful demeanor with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull housekeeping carts, and stand/walk for long periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
A love for the history and culture of the Fort Worth Stockyards.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Prior hotel experience preferred.
Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards and guestroom servicing procedures is a plus.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and departments to deliver exceptional service.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities

Assist housekeeping team by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and closets.
Remove used linens, garbage, and recycling from housekeeping carts and guest areas promptly.
Stock housekeeping closets and ensure storage rooms are clean, organized, and fully supplied.
Respond quickly and courteously to guest and staff requests for items such as towels, pillows, or rollaway beds.
Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, polishing, and window washing.
Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual room conditions to the appropriate departments.
Adhere to all hotel and safety standards, using proper personal protective equipment when necessary.
Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of service elevators and team member areas as needed.
Ensure workspaces and equipment are cleaned and maintained at the end of each shift.
