The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of assigned guest rooms and public areas while supporting the efficient operation of the Housekeeping department. This role provides attentive, courteous, and efficient service to both internal and external guests and works collaboratively within a team environment to uphold established cleanliness and service standards. Key responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and locker rooms, as well as delivering and retrieving rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other guest-requested items. The Houseperson plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Team Members are expected to deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, engaging proactively with guests, and responding promptly to their needs with professionalism and care.
