The Houseperson plays a vital role in supporting the Housekeeping team by maintaining supplies, assisting with room readiness, and ensuring public and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly and helping create a polished and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

Requirements

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to support team members
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Required to stand and walk for long periods of time
Able to use cleaning sprays, solutions and other products

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver and stock linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies throughout the property
Assist Room Attendants with room readiness, including removing trash and used linens
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets, storage areas, and service corridors
Support the cleaning and upkeep of public areas as needed
Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest service requests
Transport laundry, trash, and supplies between departments
Assist with setup and breakdown of housekeeping equipment and carts
Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
