Core Responsibilities: Answer all radio calls for houseman. Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, lobby, business center, all restrooms in lobby and basement, the Front of the hotel and furniture. Maintaining floors, carpet and entry way, keeping free of debris and dirt. Maintain cleanliness of all windows in lobby and business center. Maintain cleanliness of all vending rooms and Guest elevator. Maintain cleanliness of all executive offices once a week. Maintain cleanliness of the basement floors, break room and housekeeping floors. Effectively communicate with Front Desk and Housekeeping. Run amenities to guest rooms when asked by Front Desk or Housekeeping. Promote outstanding relations with guests, associates and managers. Make sure all trash and dirty linen are off floors. Maintaining floors, carpet and entry way, keeping free of debris and dirt. Responsible for all garbage receptacles, cleaning and emptying as needed. Cleaning of glass doors. Maintain a safe work and guest environment. Must role model company guest service program. Other duties as assigned.
