The banquet Houseperson is responsible for ensuring all linens, trash, glassware, plateware, silverware and other items used for Banquets are cleared. They are responsible for maintaining all banquet, convention and food service areas and ensuring they are cleaned and organized. After every event, the Banquet Houseperson will ensure cleanup of all areas used for the event, including the banquet kitchen.
