About The Position

The Houseperson at Travel + Leisure Co. plays a crucial supporting role within the housekeeping team, ensuring that units are prepared for cleaning efficiently and effectively while upholding high-quality standards. This position involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the resort and assisting with various housekeeping tasks to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide constant cleanliness by delivering housekeeping services throughout the resort.
• Assist the housekeeping team with the upkeep of supplies and deliver linen, paper products, and unit amenities.
• Strip and make beds as needed, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Remove trash from units and floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Coordinate and create linen and amenities bags for guest units.
• Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen for proper handling.
• Organize, clean, and maintain stock levels of department storage areas according to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, and kitchen utensils.
