About The Position

As Houseperson at TownePlace Suites Nashville Airport, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within the hotel. Your role involves making rounds through the halls each shift to ensure that everything is tidy and in its place. You will assist housekeeping with heavy lifting and priority requests, and use your keen observation skills to report any missing or found articles, as well as any signs of damage or needed repairs. Additionally, you will be graciously attentive to guests, answering their questions and providing assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience is helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Basic English is required.
• Ability to operate a vacuum and carpet cleaner is expected.
