About The Position

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking to welcome a Houseperson to join the team! The ideal candidate will have previous hotel housekeeping experience, customer service experience, and open availability. The shift pattern requires open availability between the hours of 8:30am - 11:30pm, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, and emptying ashtrays.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves) as needed.
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
