About The Position

Houseperson- Housekeeping Overnight 10pm to 6am Description Join our housekeeping team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Candidates should be skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Houseperson makes sure the spaces in the hotel are spotless to help create a great guest experience.

Requirements

• On your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance).
• Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested).

• No high school diploma/No G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience is required

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards.
• Maintain Linen roomReport any maintenance needs in guest rooms (e.g., fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC).
• Ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued.
• Report lost and found items promptly.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
