Attend to guest request Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in the public area or guest rooms Remove used and replace with new linens, towels, and necessary products and supplies. Transport clean and dirty linen to and from Operations and the Buildings Properly maintain work carts/stations to optimize appearance and efficiency Ensure the resort follows all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA Cleans guest corridors, landings, and stairwells, delivers guest requests, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and heavy cleaning of all assigned units, offices, and public areas in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies. What are we looking for: Previous hotel housekeeping experience Ability to speak basic English - to greet guest and respond to guest special request.
