About The Position

As a Houseperson, you are an essential part of guest experience. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Has a flexible schedule
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays
• Is dependable and service-focused

Responsibilities

• Ensure that assigned areas are clean and presentable
• Clean ash urns constantly, clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures
• Ensure marble floors in assigned areas are clean and free of debris through routine vacuuming, and sweeping
• Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, cribs, etc., to guest rooms
• Routinely empty trash cans and linen from the Guest Room Attendants' carts as needed
• Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies to assigned lockers, and stock it
• Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, safety procedures, general clean, pull room procedures, and quarterly mattress-flipping procedure
• Clean restrooms in assigned areas, vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges; clean all hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers
• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
