Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Place caution signs as needed.
• Contact other departments for urgent repairs.
• Organize furniture in guest rooms as required.
• Remove items from hallways and transport them to service areas, including waste and room service trays.
• Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in uniform.
• Protect company property and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect.
• Assist the team in achieving common goals.
• Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Move quickly to respond to work situations (e.g., running, walking, jogging).
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
• Manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination.
• Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Navigate tight, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs.
• Lift, transport, and place objects weighing 55 pounds (24.75 Kg) or less without assistance and more than 55 pounds with assistance.
• Push and pull a loaded maintenance cart and other job-related equipment on sloped and uneven surfaces.
• Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods during the work shift.
• Perform other reasonable job-related tasks as requested by supervisors.
