About The Position

Provide a top-notch guest experience through thorough cleaning and organization of assigned areas.  Provide direct assistance in room cleanliness, support of common areas, and other projects. Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits. Seasonal roles are eligible for sick time and holiday pay. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
At least 1+ year of hospitality experience in housekeeping

Responsibilities

Strip, sort, and treat all linens to achieve cleanliness and freshness expectations. Ensure beds are prepared to expectations with fresh linens. 
Support room attendants and housekeeping team with delivering and organizing supplies/essentials.  This may include delivery to guests as requested.
Ensure cleanliness of communal areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and other floor treatment needs.
May support guests with assistance in transporting luggage and personal items to and from the room. 
Providing onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach. 
Works cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals. 
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Ensure the property is always guest ready. 
Performs other duties as assigned
