Requirements

• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Physical Strength & Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, and capacity to push vacuums, bend, reach, and stretch frequently.
• Lifting: Must be able to lift 25 - 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean Designated Areas: Maintain spotless public areas, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Detailed Cleaning: Perform tasks including, but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing furniture, cleaning/waxing floors, washing windows, and disposing of trash.
• Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with guest room cleaning as needed.
• Maintenance & Upkeep: Report maintenance deficiencies, repair needs, and maintain supply rooms.
• Physical Projects: Perform deep cleaning tasks such as furniture moves and mattress flipping.
• Teamwork: Build positive relationships across all hotel departments and assist with heavy lifting.
• Flexibility: Perform other duties as requested by management.
