About The Position
Kona Kai San Diego Resort is a boutique urban resort located on Shelter Island. With 170 guestrooms, Kona Kai Resort is home to Vessel Restaurant + Bar, SpaTerre, a marina and a private club, all located just minutes from downtown San Diego. We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team as our Houseman at our island-inspired resort. The Kona Kai San Diego is part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts: a curated collection of 20 unique hotels around the USA, distinctly unique in location and soul. Our best performers are independent thinkers, get creative and make decisions without too many corporate SOPs. They tend to be goal-oriented, financially sound, with a fair amount of grit. This role will report to: The Director of Housekeeping As a Houseman, you will make sure that our beautiful suites and public areas are meticulously cleaned and serviced with class and style. As a member of the Housekeeping Department, you will play a big part of in our heart of they house, ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one.
Requirements

- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight, minimum 20+ lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6+ hours

- Overtime rate of $36.75 per hour
