About The Position

Moving and setting up tables and equipment for nightclub. Ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service experience. Acting as role model to other employees and always presenting oneself as a credit to Harrah's. Guest service is an intricate portion of all job positions on property. Because of this, you may also be asked to perform other duties or tasks in focus of truly great service.

Requirements

• Must be able to interact with people
• Good communication skills
• Mobility and dexterity to move large, heavy objects
• Ability to read and speak English clearly
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 to 75 pounds continuously
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to continuously stand and maneuver in confined area
• Ability to frequently push or pull 75lbs
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs
• Ability to continually stand and/or walk entire shift
• Must be able to work a fluctuating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in hot or cold environment
• Employees may be required to obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission license
• The initial license is paid for by the employee through payroll deduction

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel or houseman experience preferred
