As our Houseman, you take pride in taking care of our guests and our property. Warm and welcoming, you are guest-oriented but also like being outside: whether it's Valet our staff members, helping with landscaping projects like mowing and weeding, or assisting with general room maintenance, you are our resident jack of all trades!

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• You like to stay busy, working both independently and in a team environment
• Be able to take direction well
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis
• Carrying and lifting items up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for trash and waste upkeep for areas in and around our property
• General cleaning tasks like dusting and cobweb removal
• Special projects like polishing tile and wood
• Driving staff to and from work
