Requirements
- 2 years of housekeeping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas to meet community standards for cleanliness, safety, and comfort
- Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and trash removal
- Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs promptly to appropriate staff
- Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment
